Wryu Seki kai

Aikido is a discipline that comes from the traditional Japanese martial arts. Under this name are grouped all the fighting techniques historically used to fight by the samurais.

The founder of aikido, Morihei Ueshiba, studied several of these traditional schools before creating and teaching his own techniques. In practice, it is about using the power of an attack to create a movement that ends with the fall of the attacker or his immobilization.
