The convention will take place on the weekend of 20-21 February 2016. The schedule is as follows:
- Saturday: 10 AM – 9 PM
- Sunday: 10AM – 6 PM
For security reasons, EPFL forbids all dangerous objects and especially:
- Any real weapon (automatic, guns, pistols, incendiary weapons, weapon replicas, parts of weapons, …)
- Sprays (especially pepper sprays), spray lacquer is authorized if less than 100 ml
- Electroshock devices
- Metallic weapons (knives, daggers, katanas, …)
- Devices designed to harm a person (batons, brass knuckles, slings, …)
- Ancient weapons.
Concerning toy weapons, any weapon that could be confused for a real gun or firearm is strictly forbidden.
Other types of toy weapons can be admitted if they are made of a soft or light material (such as balsa), and do not risk harming people.
Participants of Cosplay contests may use toy weapons during their presentation. If necessary, it will be stocked by Japan Impact the rest of the time.
Animals are not allowed in the convention.
We will put at your disposal a cloakroom with approximately 400 numbered hangers. In addition, the cloakroom may stock your suitcases if necessary.
