Let yourself be transported to Osaka during the workshop and tasting “Oideyasu おいでやす – Osaka Tea Time.” You will discover a delicious tea paired with an original sweet from Osaka, while learning the humorous expressions of the Kansai-ben dialect, typical of the region. A native of Osaka and Japanese tea ambassador for Switzerland since 2016, Emiko passionately shares her expertise and love for tea culture.

For the rest of the weekend, meet her at her booth to experience the true Japanese spirit: a selection of loose-leaf teas (sencha, matcha, gyokuro, hojicha, and genmaicha), sourced from small independent producers; 100% Made in Japan utensils; and homemade Japanese cookies, all served in kimono.
