To offer your services for a workshop or conference, or to reserve a booth at Japan Impact, please contact us by email at pro@japan-impact.ch. As a general guideline, we recommend that professionals contact us starting in June. Registration for amateur booths opens in the fall; please follow our social media channels for the exact dates.

For journalists or photographers

We are currently working on the press kit for the 2026 event. To discuss writing an article or appearing on the radio, you can contact us at communication@japan-impact.ch.
