Security

To ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the convention safely, please follow these rules at the entrance and inside the convention.
Upon arrival, a security check will be conducted. Make sure your cosplay accessories and other items comply with the following rules:
✅ Prioritize lightness! The lighter and softer your accessory is, the more likely it is to be accepted. Feel free to check the list of permitted materials on the “Security” page of our website.
✅ Allowed utility items: small umbrellas and parasols, as well as harmless accessories.
❌ Prohibited items: all real weapons (firearms, knives, katanas, batons, brass knuckles, etc.), rigid objects over 1.2 meters, heavy and bulky objects, sprays (except deodorants and hairsprays under 100 mL), electroshock devices, lasers, megaphones, glass containers, and any weapon replicas resembling a firearm.
❌ Prohibited inside Japan Impact: personal wheeled devices (skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, etc.), suitcases (except for cosplayers and fursuits), alcohol, and dogs (except for assistance animals).
❌ Official uniforms prohibited: military, firefighter, or similar uniforms are not allowed to avoid confusion in case of an emergency response.
❌ Uncovered faces: For security reasons, masks that partially or fully cover the face will not be allowed.
⚠️ Attention to weapon replicas: We strictly prohibit any replica that could be mistaken for a real weapon. If you bring an accessory such as a sword or saber, prioritize soft and light materials like balsa wood or plastic.
⚠️ Cosplay contest participants may use a fake weapon only on stage. It will be stored by our staff outside of their performance.
Thank you in advance for following the instructions of the organizers and security staff. We count on you to make the event as fun as it is safe!
