Monoya Tokyo

Monoya Tokyo is a beautiful story between France and Japan, brought to life by Caroline and Yuji, its creators. This Franco-Japanese couple recycles old kimonos and other traditional textiles (obi, haori, yukata…) to transform them into various accessories: pouches, wallets, bags, cushion covers, jewelry, and more. Everything is handmade by the two creators, who personally travel to Japan to source fabrics. The kimonos are initially prepared in Tokyo, sent to France by boat, and then reworked in Albi, where the couple has set up their workshop and store.

Caroline and Yuji also offer a beautiful selection of vintage jackets for men and women. A must-see for lovers of beautiful vintage fabrics and ethical craftsmanship!
